The Institute of law and justice in Arab societies

Resources

The aim of this section is to provide a digital database on law and justice in Arab countries, including access to legal codes and texts from the Arab region. Available in English, French, and Arabic, the resources are organized thematically and by country.

While one of IEDJA’s key objectives is to provide authentic and up-to-date legal texts from the region, the publication of these texts does not necessarily indicate the organization’s endorsement of the arguments contained therein. This is due to the fact that many of these resources originate from a variety of sources, such as international organizations, governments, and research centers which may not adhere to the standards of academic independence.
